Atithep Meas

Mr. Atithep Meas interned for both the Khmer Rouge Tribunal and the Project Expedite Justice (PEJ) in Cambodia. In line with his current practice,Mr. Meas is a Consultant to PEJ and a Moot Court Advisor/Coach of the many Moot Court competitions participated by the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). Atithep Meas focuses research on an array of topics of public international law, including human rights and international humanitarian law, International trade law and international commercial arbitration. Mr. Meas’ moot court teams, specifically the Jessup, has seen success in 2018 and as of recent, 2020, for their written legal memorials ranking amongst the top15 teams out of 800+ teams that compete both nationally and internationally. Mr. Meas graduated from RULE, receiving his LL.B in late 2019 and is currently pursuing LL.M in Law.
