Jindan-Karena (Nina) Mann
Ms. Mann began consulting with PEJ in 2017, and works primarily on its cases before African human rights bodies, as well as investigations in East Africa. She is an American attorney with legal experience in international criminal law and human rights law. Ms. Mann is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), where she conducts research on the liability of transnational corporations for their contribution to the commission of international crimes and serious human rights violations. She is also the director of the UvA Fair Trials Clinic, a student legal clinic that monitors trials internationally. She holds an LL.M in International Criminal Law from the University of Amsterdam, a J.D.from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
