Project Expedite Justice (PEJ) could not accomplish its work without the commitment of its team members. One and all, we believe in PEJ’s mission. We long for a world in which our work is irrelevant because all people live in peace and security, with access to justice systems that protect their rights. We approach our journey with this goal in mind.
Maria Lucia Mosquera, Executive Assistant, exemplifies this spirit of service and possibility. A Colombian national, “Malu” was instrumental to the success of PEJ’s recent administrative retreat. Her behind-the-scenes leadership ensured a seamless, strategically focused retreat that has poised PEJ to be a more effective leader and partner in the work to end grave atrocity crimes.
This is but one of many examples of her talents. Every day, Malu goes above and beyond. She helps all team members whenever needed, sharing her expertise and insights and streamlining workflows. Her creative, thoughtful suggestions empower us to continuously learn and grow.
