About the Procurement
Project Expedite Justice – Ukraine (PEJ Ukraine) invites qualified vendors to submit competitive quotations for the supply and delivery of IT equipment and related equipment to support PEJ Ukraine’s programming in Ukraine.
PEJ Ukraine is committed to integrity, transparency, fairness, and competition in procurement. Vendors will be evaluated against the requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the RFQ.
Items Required
The procurement includes 30 lots/items, covering a range of IT, office, and related equipment, including:
All-in-one desktop computers
Laptops and laptop accessories
Tablets and tablet accessories
External hard drives and Micro SD memory cards
USB hubs and docking stations
Multifunction printers
Document scanners
Monitors and monitor accessories
Document shredders
Charging and power stations
Air conditioning equipment
Camera tripods
Optical drives
Wireless headphones
Webcams and speakerphones
Workstation equipment and accessories
Quantities vary by item, including 400 Micro SD 64GB memory cards.
